Can you give me tracking number?
yes, please allow 3 business days from the time your order is placed. Please check your email, ebay email and such as I personally email tracking numbers to you. If you have any questions regarding a shipment please contact

Items ship ground are only picked up at best by Fedex the next business day, if you need special arrangement to get your item picked up the same day it will have to be a Express shipment. Please be aware that same day
shipment is not guaranteed as our warehouse is very requested. A rule of thumb is to make the request before 10 am to have a chance for the item to be picked up the same day Express. A suggestion is the Fedex Express saver
a balance between speed and cost.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or not sealed?
All our items are shipped sealed from Cisco, if it is damaged during shipping, resealed by the carrier or custom please inform us ASAP so we can send a replacement item. In the rare event your package is damaged please
inform Fedex when you receive the package so we can proceed with a claim. Please send us a picture of the damaged box so we can proceed wit a claim with Fedex and make sure the device is working properly.
This is a rare event but we can in no way be held responsable for items that are lost by Fedex and for the slowness of their process. However, we will do everything in our power with them to speed and help the claim along.
I have not received my shipment
